Jill Quinn

Centerline President and TrueBlue Senior Vice President of Operations

I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by connecting them with work. I am grateful to be a part of and motivated by creating partnerships between our customers who are striving to grow and our drivers who deserve great opportunities. My job is to provide leadership and guidance to Centerline through strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, and managing business operations. I am responsible for Centerline’s vision, mission, and direction, giving our team the resources to provide excellent service to our customers and our drivers. I currently hold a seat on the Board of Governors at NPTC, have been recognized two years in a row by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and proud that Centerline was recently recognized as a top company for Women to Work in Transportation by Women in Trucking. Rod Crowell

CTP, Vice President, Sales

I am responsible for the growth, retention, and management of Centerline’s sales team nationwide. I work closely with our sales team and leaders throughout the United States in each market Centerline serves to maintain consistent quality, service, and communication. I am supported by a national accounts team that is focused on developing and executing tactical sales plans to meet account objectives and support Centerline’s growth strategies. My responsibilities also include the management of our 24/7 live service center, where we support our drivers’ needs and deliver qualified drivers to our customers so they can focus on growing their own business and meet their goals and objectives. Tom Hodgins

Vice President, Operations

Tom Hodgins is vice president of operations for Centerline Drivers. In this role, his responsibilities include building the company’s recruiting, service and compliance strategies and ensuring teams have the resources and direction to take their markets to the next level. Across his 30-year staffing industry career, he has been recognized as an innovative business leader, known for developing growth strategies, building strategic sales plans and delivering operational excellence to his companies. Previous to his current role, Tom held various leadership positions across TrueBlue, Centerline’s parent company, including senior vice president of PlaneTechs and vice president of field sales at Centerline. He lives in Chicago.

Sandrine Steaffens

Field and Sales Support Director

B.S., Business Administration and Management, Southeast Missouri State University

As an in-house resource, I consult with Centerline’s business partners and clients to learn and define business needs to determine solutions and deliver strong results. I act as a liaison between our field offices, our home office, and TrueBlue’s corporate headquarters to ensure that Centerline’s sales, recruiting, and service departments are fully supported. I am part of an integral team that provides planning, analysis, and budgeting for existing operations and future expansions. I love the fast-paced nature of my job and the diversity of work this role affords me. I am passionate about what I do.

Paul Nilson

Director of Business Development, Midwest & Northeast Regions

My responsibilities include managing and ensuring the growth of multiple markets throughout the Midwest and Northeast regions. I am responsible for identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities in assigned territories and advocating actions that minimize risks. I aim to provide a positive customer service experience that reinforces our mission of building exceptional relationships to every driver, customer and employee. Through my leadership, I develop and implement strategies for each market and ensure that existing accounts and new accounts receive quality sales support and service. With over 15 years of staffing experience and 25 years’ experience in the transportation/logistics industry, I share my expertise to help my teams develop and grow. John Trahan

CTP, Director of Business Development, Driver Management Services

I am passionate about helping connect great people with rewarding and challenging career opportunities. I have spent the last 25 years in the world of logistics staffing, and along the way I have met hundreds of wonderful people. At Centerline, I am responsible for our Driver Management Services program, a fully outsourced driver solution for Private Fleet accounts. I facilitate the management and relationships with our customers and drivers to provide full coverage for a fleet’s workforce. I love that I am able to make a difference daily by helping drivers find dedicated opportunities with companies nationwide. I work closely with the private fleet world and one of the largest 3PL providers in the world. I’m Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and CTP (Certified Transportation Professional- NPTC), I was Smith System certified through Penske Logistics and I completed Penske Logistics-Logistics Program at Penn State Executive Programs. I’m also a proud Air Force Veteran, serving as a Security Specialist/Security Police. I’m very active in NPTC serving on Membership and Planning Committees. Sheila Castaneda

Director of Business Development, Mobile Driver Services

We are extremely passionate about connecting drivers and customers, creating a solution for everyone involved. Providing safe environments for our drivers and safety conscious drivers for our customers. We provide solutions to driver shortages, vacation time, startups, take downs, and driver needs in even the most remote of areas. Our Mobile Driver Division has a 100% fill ratio since created in 2015. We handle all travel and paperwork so that your job is made easier and seamless. I have been in the transportation business for over 30 years and almost 20 of those years with Centerline. Our main goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers and drivers so that everyone can focus on their business and their families. Andrea Brogger

Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer at TrueBlue, Andrea Brogger is responsible for empowering TrueBlue’s 5,100 global employees to achieve the company’s mission of connecting people and work. Brogger and her team are reimagining the role of human resources within the business, enabling TrueBlue to continue to assert its position as a leading talent solution provider for the changing world of work. As a member of TrueBlue’s executive leadership team, Brogger is deeply committed to developing a culture where all people can advance and thrive.

Brogger has been with TrueBlue since 2011. Prior to her current role, she was the vice president of global talent and culture at TrueBlue, where she spearheaded multiple employee engagement programs for the company’s global workforce, with a particular focus on teams working remotely. Before joining TrueBlue, she most recently worked for Microsoft. Brogger holds an MBA and an executive master’s degree in human resources management from Cornell University.

Shane Keller

Managing Director of Recruiting

I am passionate about connecting professional truck drivers with rewarding career opportunities. With over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources field, people are my priority. Focused on service, I served two terms as Mayor of my hometown, and have also served my local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) chapter as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President, and two terms as President. At Centerline, my responsibilities include leading our amazing team of dedicated recruiters, whose primary focus is ensuring our professional truck driver candidates have a best-in-class experience when engaging with us. Alison Kassel

Vice President, Technology

B.B.A., Management and Information Systems, Operations Research and Administrative Management, University of Iowa

Alison Kassel is the Vice President of Technology for PeopleManagement. She is a versatile business technology leader with experience in developing strategies, large scale systems implementations, transforming organizations, implementing portfolio management and governance models, and delivering solutions enabling organizations to achieve their strategic and operating plan objectives. Alison was CIO of Seaton before its acquisition by TrueBlue in 2014. Prior to that, Alison has held significant IT roles for highly respected organizations such as U.S. Cellular, McDonalds, Motorola, NutraSweet, and Andersen Consulting.

Alison was on the Board of Directors for Have Dreams, a non-profit organization which serves children, teens, and adults impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder, and was previously on the Leadership Council for i.c.stars, a non-profit organization that prepares inner-city youth for careers in information technology and dedication to community involvement and leadership. Alison has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and has completed Executive Education programs at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and is a Certified Change Agent.

Kassandra Barnes

Vice President, Marketing

Kassandra Barnes is the Vice President of Marketing for the PeopleManagement family of brands which includes Centerline Drivers, Staff Management | SMX and SIMOS. She is responsible for branding, digital marketing, content, design, and communications for all PeopleManagement brands within TrueBlue.  Prior to her role in PeopleManagement, she led the marketing team for PeopleReady, PeopleReady Skilled Trades and JobStack. Barnes has worked for over a decade in the human capital and staffing space, previously at Paycor, a national payroll provider and CareerBuilder a leader in recruitment technology. Her expertise is focused on leading demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing and market research teams. Barnes received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Transylvania University and her Master’s degree in Media Studies from William Paterson University.

Nicole Lindner

Vice President, Finance

M.B.A. Finance and Marketing, University of Michigan, B.A. Business Administration, University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire

Nicole Lindner is the Vice President of Finance, supporting PM business strategy development as well as leading the forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes.

Previously, Nicole held a variety of Finance roles with a manufacturing company over the course of 11 years. She helped to implement a new reporting system and held an international expat assignment in Zurich, Switzerland, where she was responsible for budgeting and forecasting for all of Europe, including 35 countries and 7 divisions. She also held various other roles including commercial finance, FP&A, and audit. In addition, she led a variety of mergers & acquisition work, including leading the financial integration of a $170M acquisition and developing the financial model for a major JV opportunity.

Nicole has an MBA from Ross School of Business (University of Michigan) and is a CPA (Inactive).
