The client was unhappy with their incumbent provider and the service they were providing. They contacted the Centerline Driver Management Services (DMS) team to take over the account. We were tasked with replacing their previous provider’s entire administrative and management team.
The client had an incumbent staffing provider who had been in place for a number of years. When the pandemic hit, they began to struggle to fulfill on their promises. The client suspected that they had become complacent and were no longer improving on their behalf. They took this opportunity to look for different vendors and find the best solution for their emerging needs.
