Job Description
Centerline Drivers. LLC is now hiring an experienced Operations Manager for one of their clients in Fergus Falls, MN.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop, and retain a fleet of professional drivers
- Build effective business relationships with assigned account
- Create and execute load plans in accordance with customer expectations
- Proactively facilitate problem resolution with any shipments at risk of not meeting customer service requirements
- Oversee the maintenance of a fleet of commercial vehicles
Qualifications & Experience
What you’ll need:
- 2 Years of management experience in transportation industry
- Knowledge of dedicated transportation operations, FMCSA, and DOT regulations preferred
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
- Demonstrated history of establishing positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Intermediate skill-level in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
- 22 years of age or older
