Centerline Drivers. LLC is now hiring an experienced Operations Manager for one of their clients in Fergus Falls, MN.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, develop, and retain a fleet of professional drivers
• Build effective business relationships with assigned account
• Create and execute load plans in accordance with customer expectations
• Proactively facilitate problem resolution with any shipments at risk of not meeting customer service requirements
• Oversee the maintenance of a fleet of commercial vehicles

Qualifications & Experience

What you’ll need:

• 2 Years of management experience in transportation industry
• Knowledge of dedicated transportation operations, FMCSA, and DOT regulations preferred
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
• Demonstrated history of establishing positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
• Intermediate skill-level in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite programs
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• 22 years of age or older

Benefits

What you’ll get:

• Pay rate is $68,000 – $70,000 / Annually, depending on experience

This pay range outlined herein is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
