Director of Service & Operations


Gilbert currently serves as Director of Service and Operations. In this role, his responsibilities include providing leadership to plan, organize and direct operational activities and strategies nationwide. He is a motivated transportation and staffing leader with 25 years’ experience in business development strategies, client development, team leadership, and business acumen.   In addition, he is a board certified trainer through SBVC and a Certified Logistics Instructor through the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council.  Involved in his community, he previously served as President on the Board of Directors for “A Foundation for Kids”, a non-profit organization which served at-risk, abused and foster children.  He is also a member of the California Trucking Association and Distribution Managers Association of Southern California.
