Centerline Honored As a Top Company for Women in Transportation

Centerline was honored as one of the Top Companies for Women to Work for in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association at the Women in Trucking (WIT) Accelerate conference on Oct. 1. 

Centerline will also be honored in the October issue of Redefining the Road. 

With women comprising 50 percent of the leadership team, including the president, and 65 percent of total staff, Centerline’s dedication to gender diversity and opportunities for women shows in the boardroom and on the road. Centerline provides space and culture for women to make their mark on the transportation industry and grow their careers and offers flexibility in hours, assignments and locations for its drivers and benefits, flexibility and development opportunities for its employees.

Nominations for the award focused on corporate culture, work flexibility, competitive compensation, quality benefits, training, continued education, development and career advancement opportunities.
