What you’ll do:  
• Process BOL’s

• Filing

• Answer phones and advise current staff members.

• Track drivers to make sure drivers departed their first store and will be on time for second store.

• We can even train how to send emails to Penske for repairs.

• Update appointments from shippers.

• Schedule is Monday through Sunday

• Shift start time is 7:00 AM

Qualifications & Experience

What you’ll need:  
• 6 Months of experience
• Ability to work without frequent oversight (after training)
• Working with computer systems (Microsoft Office)
