What you’ll do:

• Operate a Office position safely
• Hauling Office position
• No freight handling
• Perform pre-and post-trip inspections
• Keep equipment clean and presentable
• Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy
• Candidate be reaching out to 3rd party carriers for delivery updates daily
• The Schedule is Monday through Friday
• Shift start time is 8:00 AM

Qualifications & Experience

What you’ll need:

• 1 year of clerical experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• No DUI/DWI convictions that are less than 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years OR no more than 1 moving violation and 1 accident in the last 3 years
• 22 years of age or older
• Having proficiency in excel, and knowledgeable of SharePoint
• Knowledge of Import/Export Freight through shipping Ports and brokerage operations
• Having experience with importing / exporting freight, managed intermodal loads, dealt with the different major US ports and have done load brokerage, and 3rd party carrier track and trace
