The safety store is just one more way Centerline promotes a safe and effective transportation environment. At Centerline, we think safe drivers should be rewarded. So by maintaining a clean safety record, you earn “safety bucks” that can be accumulated and redeemed for valuable merchandise.

Centerline Safety Store Order Form

Centerline Safety Bucks have no direct cash value. Employees can only redeem them in the Centerline Company Store or through the Safety Buck Redemption Catalog. Centerline Safety Bucks are not transferable amongst employees or non-employees. In the event of resignation or termination, the employee will have 30 days to submit an order.

1. View the on-line catalogs and make selection.
2. Print the order form and complete it indicating your selections.
3. Return the completed Order Form with the correct number of Safety Bucks to the Corporate Office. (Address is on the Order Form)
4. Items will be shipped directly to the address you indicated on the Order Form and should arrive in 14-21 days.
