Jill Quinn, President

Jill joined Centerline in 1996 and was named President in 2008 after working her way up through the organization. She is the organization’s key strategist, responsible for Centerline's growth, expansion and day-to-day business leadership. She is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton.
Steve Vlahos, Vice President of Field Operations

As Vice President of Field Operations, Steve has overall responsibility for Centerline's ongoing safety program and serves as the company’s in-house safety expert. He has earned his Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation from the National Private Truck Council. He is also certified with Smith System as a defensive driver instructor and with the American Society of Safety Engineers as a certified safety trainer. In addition, he manages all of Centerline's quarterly safety meetings and the company’s safety review committee. Steve joined Centerline in 1992 and is a graduate of Southern Oregon University.
Sheila Castaneda, Service Director

With management responsibility for Centerline's 24/7 centralized dispatch and processing functions, Sheila handles a wide variety of details for both Centerline drivers and customers. Her team ensures compliance and consistency of all human resources-related functions including the processing of all driver job applications, verifications, and qualification files. Her team also ensures that customers have the drivers they need, dispatched precisely when and where they need them. Sheila joined Centerline in 2000 and has been in the transportation business since 1990.
Paul Nilson, Director of Business Development

Paul is responsible for managing Centerline's account managers throughout the eastern region. He helps develop and implement strategies for new accounts and train and mentor the sales staff throughout his region. Paul is based in Atlanta, GA, where he joined Centerline in April 2009 as part of the GPC Driving acquisition, a company he spent five years with in sales and management roles. Prior to this, Paul spent 12 years in the transportation industry with FedEx. Paul is a graduate of Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, OK.
Ruthanne Roper, Director of Business Development

Ruthanne is responsible for managing Centerline's account managers throughout the western region. Based out of the Pacific Northwest, she helps develop and implement strategies for new accounts in each of the markets in her region. In addition, Ruthanne helps train and mentor the sales staff throughout the west. Ruthanne had been in the transportation industry for 20 years before she joined Centerline in 2001. She has vast experience in sales, operations and management working with national and international LTL carriers and attended Weber State University in Ogden, UT.
Rod Crowell, National Accounts Director

Rod is responsible for the relationships and business development of Centerline's national account customers. He has been involved in the staffing industry for 15 years and rejoined Centerline in 2008. Since his return, he has earned his Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) designation from the National Private Truck Council. Rod is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento.
Ryan Liebergen, Regional Sales Director

Ryan works with strategic and DMS accounts throughout the United States. Ryan joined Centerline in 2010 after working as a General Manager at Badgerland Idealease since 2008. Prior to this, Ryan spent 14 years working with Penske Truck Leasing in several capacities including a Specialized National Executive Manager. He is also an NPTC Certified Transportation Professional. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
