Hiring Process

At Centerline, we’re committed to hiring safe and fully-certified driving professionals. To help get you behind the wheel as soon as possible, we have created a convenient and hassle-free application process.

The process begins by completing an initial online application and prescreening form. After reviewing your initial application, a Centerline team member will contact you to set up an appointment either in person or by phone.

Next, you will be invited to complete a formal application while Centerline verifies your qualifications through employment checks, background checks and drug screening. Depending on the circumstances, you may also be asked to perform a road test and/or an interview with a Centerline client. During the final steps of the application process, you will be required to complete new hire paperwork and the Smith System safety test.

The good news is that once you have completed the application process, it’s our job to find you work and keep you working for the long haul. We maintain your application in a permanent employee file and keep it updated so you don’t have to fill out new forms every time you change assignments with Centerline clients.
