Comprehensive Safety Analysis
Want to learn more about the nation’s comprehensive safety analysis plans for 2010? You’ve come to the right place. Centerline is committed to providing our clients and drivers with the latest information on this important safety initiative.
Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative designed to provide motor carriers and drivers with attention from FMCSA and state partners about their potential safety problems with an ultimate goal of achieving a greater reduction in large truck and bus crashes, injuries, and fatalities.
The original plan was to roll out Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 beginning this summer. However, pressure and feedback from many groups caused the FMCSA to delay the rollout from the summer to the fall of 2010. Full, nationwide implementation of new enforcement tools will not begin until 2011.
Safety is Centerline’s top priority. We will stay on top of Comprehensive Safety Analysis as it is implemented this year. Check back here often for easy access to updates and news.
